Min leads the kitchen and protects food quality—she’s the hands behind every dumpling. Lulu shapes the menu with a nutrition-first lens, keeping it delicious while balancing clean carbs, lean protein, and healthy fats for different diets. Raymond runs the in-store experience, making sure every visit feels welcoming and comfortable
